The need for data collection and reporting from production facilities ranks among the most prominent requirements in the evolving industry. With the collected data, real-time production and breakdown information can be accessed, and retrospective reporting is also possible.
However, many SCADA systems today operate within the production field using local logic and fixed software, limiting the customization possibilities for clients.
With our designed cloud-based data collection and monitoring system (SCADA), data can be accessed through all internet-connected devices. The accessing device could be a computer, tablet, phone, or even a smart television. Having an internet browser is sufficient for accessing the data.
Detailed Graphics
On pages prepared based on historical or production type criteria, just like on the main page of the SCADA system, extensive graphical information is available, allowing visual tracking of production data. Additionally, printed reports generated by the system include the displayed graphs.
Date Based Reports
Production data stored in databases on cloud servers can be reported on a daily, monthly, and yearly basis, depending on historical and production type criteria. The system automatically generates reports for the production within the date range specified by the user, and these reports are prepared for printing, organized in daily, monthly, and yearly units.
Maintenance Tracking
Maintenance tracking in production facilities is an essential aspect to enhance production quality and continuity. For this reason, we’ve incorporated a maintenance tracking page into our data collection system, providing access to a comprehensive list of all maintenance tasks for machines. From this list, users can access maintenance names, next maintenance dates, maintenance intervals, and personnel assigned to perform maintenance.
Furthermore, the Scheduled Maintenance page allows personnel entering the system to view the list of assigned maintenance tasks. They can also input information related to the maintenance they perform.
To prevent inaccurate maintenance notifications, a Maintenance History page has been added to the system. This page allows for the review of a list of maintenance tasks reported by personnel. As a result, information about who performed machine maintenance is securely stored within the system, enhancing overall maintenance transparency and accountability.
