The Acid Filling and Leveling Machine observes the acid level in lead-acid battery cells using special sensors on top, allowing for the replenishment of low levels and the retraction of high levels through a specialized pump system with a vacuuming function.

With two filling and leveling stations, it enables rapid production, thereby increasing the end-of-shift production numbers.

Additionally, the machine, with its optional special design, can operate as both the first acid filling and the second acid leveling. The operator can select the machine’s operating mode from the operator panel.
